Note: Our Standard Service is the only service we offer on a recurring basis. All other services are scheduled as a one-time clean. We are able to perform tasks not on the list, ask your account manager for more details.

Our Standard Maid Service includes the following items:

General

  • Dust Sills, Window Ledges & Wall Hangings
  • Dust & Vacuum Furniture
  • Remove All Cobwebs
  • Clean Light Switches and Door Knobs
  • Dust TV Screens
  • Pick Up & Straighten
  • Vacuum all Carpeting and Area Rugs
  • Sweep & Mop floors (all hard surfaces)
  • Empty all Wastebaskets
  • Make Beds
  • Change Linens (if left for us)

Bathrooms

  • Scrub & Disinfect Toilets, Tubs & Showers
  • Clean Sinks & Countertops
  • Polish Mirrors & Fixtures
  • Wipe Down all Cabinets
  • Sweep & Mop Floors (all hard surfaces)
  • Change Towels (if left for us)


Kitchen

  • Scrub & Sanitize Sinks
  • Polish Fixtures
  • Wipe Down Countertops & Cabinets
  • Clean Appliances Exteriors
  • Load Dishwasher (if empty)
  • Clean Inside Microwave
  • Sweep & Mop Floors (all hard surfaces)

Our Deep Cleaning Service includes all items in the Standard Service and the following items:

  • Dust all Blinds and/or Shutters
  • Clean all Ceiling Fans
  • Dust Baseboards and Door Trim
  • Clean all Glass Doors
  • Sweep the Exterior Entry Way

Note: We suggest a Deep Clean to be performed on the first visit and every 3 months
thereafter or as needed. Recurring customers receive an additional discount on a Deep
Clean Service.

Note: If you have areas of your residence that have been seriously neglected, please let us know when scheduling your cleaning so that we can adjust our manpower and pricing. We’ll be fair to you, please be fair to us.
