A Custom Cleaning Service offers a personalized affordable cleaning solution for homeowners that have specific cleaning needs or just need an extra helping hand with their large homes. Within the Custom Cleaning Service there are two options. You may purchase a 3 or 4 hour block of time with one maid or you may pay an hourly rate for two maids with no time constraints. For the Custom Cleaning Service, we ask our customer to prioritize a To-Do List. Our maid will work according to your priority list within the allotted time. However, if the list is completed in less time, the cleaner is free to leave. Please be advised that our maid will only complete the items that can be cleaned within the time frame. If you would like a full cleaning of your home and do not want to pay an hourly rate, please request one of our other cleaning packages. Most 2-story homes don’t need regular maintenance on the second floor due to the lack of activity that takes place there. The Custom Cleaning allows our clients to choose what they would like to be accomplished on each visit. Some customers make three different lists that we rotate through whereas other customers make a new list before each visit. This allows our cleaners to focus only on the areas where attention is needed. Not only can you choose what you want us to clean but also how you want it done. If a recurring Custom Cleaning is rotated through properly, a Deep Clean is never necessary. Plan: Think about the order you would like things done to get the best results. For example, you don’t want to clean the fans after you’ve cleaned the floors.
Be specific: Let us know exactly how you would like something done if it is not one of our standard practices.
Be realistic: Construct a list that of the tasks that you feel is possible to complete within the allotted time.
Communicate: If you need to alter your list at any time, make sure you contact a customer service representative so that we can notate the changes and execute the cleaning properly.
